Bilingual (Spanish) Telephonic & Field Case Manager

Remote position. Looking for employees in California and Illinois.

Desired Skills & Expertise

  • Current RN license (in applicable state), additional state licenses a plus

  • Excellent customer service with proficiency in oral and written communication, bi-lingual a must

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent computer skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office, capability to learn and utilize EagleOne and various software at a high level

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Previous worker compensation case management experience

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)

  • Maintain medical files, initial and ongoing analysis and appropriateness of diagnosis and treatment

  • Utilize appropriate cost management programs

  • Address job demands, project work release utilizing disability/medical criteria Adhere to jurisdictional guidelines

      Provide expert consultation for interpretation of medical information and impact on the case

  • Meet/exceed EagleOne guidelines for return to work outcomes and medical closure durations

  • Effectively managing personal caseload while maintaining billing standards

  • Professional and timely communications with employee, employer, adjuster and providers

  • Ongoing evaluation of treatment and return to work plan within established EagleOne medical management protocols

  • Work efficiently with EagleOne system and various software programs

      Travel within regional area to attend appointments in the field
